Have you whitelisted Yaraku Translate's IP address?
For security reasons our IP address is frequently changed.
If you already whitelisted it, please contact us for our current IP and inform your IT department to whitelist the new address.
We can't inform you about the changes in advance as AWS does not inform us beforehand.
For the above reasons, we recommend to whitelist our DNS/domain name instead
