Is there anything to be aware of when registering Glossary or Phrases?

Differently from Phrases existing terms will be automatically replaced with the registered Glossary term without any consideration of the context. 

Especially terms registered in the Company Glossary should be carefully considered as they would be automatically applied to all the account members' translation.

Glossary is useful for keeping the consistency of proper nouns or technical terms translation, but it can also negatively affect the quality of machine translation results if overused incorrectly. 

We recommend to register only proper nouns such as company names and product names and keep the registration of the Glossary to the minimum.
