If I changed a prompt, is the changed applied to the machine tranlation on the right side panel?

Yes, it is. To re-translate a segment with a new prompt for a certain segment, click the “Translate” button on the side panel.

If you are satisfied with the new translation, click the arrow icon to insert it 

to the segment.
