What are the rules for applying format style, such as like bold, font color, highlights, etc.?

Currently, strikethroughs and highlights and other format style when used in a part of the source text, is not reflected corrected in the translated document.

Here are the rules of the current specification:

• Styles at the start of a paragraph apply to the whole paragraph after translation.
• Styles used within sentences aren't applied at all after translation

Red color and bold font is used in the beginning of the paragraph, so the same style is applied to the whole paragraph.

However, yellow highlight is used in the middle of the sentence, so it not applied the translated text at all.
